Beyond all of that, it can also slow down your brain's aging process. Spinach also contains Vitamin E and folate. Make a salad using spinach over traditional lettuce or add some spinach to your sandwich as a tasty addition. You can also cook up some spinach leaves and serve them with butter and salt for a hot side dish to complement your meal.
